Orders begin processing as soon as payment is verified. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (up to 3 business days during sales or peak periods). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Within the U.S., transit time is usually 7–12 business days after processing. During promotions or holidays, please allow a little extra time.
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log in to your account and check Order History anytime.
Alternatively, you can enter your order number directly on our website’s tracking page to see the latest status.
Yes, we are currently an online-only boutique. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in New York to customers across the U.S.
We currently ship within the U.S. only. As a boutique brand, we’re focused on serving our U.S. community with care and quality.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact info@sagewillow.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed, as they are automatically processed. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, please use our return process once it arrives.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Select your preferred method at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

Most of our customers prefer ordering one size up for a more comfortable fit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Start by emailing info@sagewillow.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll share the next steps and return instructions.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
Yes contact info@sagewillow.com to arrange an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll help with a return.
Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
